Tollie, in the time it takes to read this page
Tollie is an iPhone app blocker for adults. To open a blocked app you walk to a spot in another room and scan it, or walk a few hundred real steps. No passcode, no "Ignore Limit" button, no subscription needed.
The one-paragraph version
Every screen time tool fails the same way: the way out is one tap away. Apple's Screen Time ends with a button called Ignore Limit. Blocker apps unlock with a passcode you know. Brick fixed it with a $59 gadget on your wall. Tollie fixes it with a corner of your kitchen. During setup you scan a spot in another room; to open Instagram at midnight you get out of bed and scan it again. Tollie keeps a 3D map of the scene on the phone, and nothing leaves it: no account, no server, no analytics. One booth is free forever and the full app is a single payment.

- The ratchet: stricter applies instantly; easier waits 24 hours.
- Break Glass: 30 minutes, once a week, no key. A named witness gets a note. Phone, Messages, Maps, Camera, Health and Settings can never be blocked.
- Privacy: App Store label "Data Not Collected". Sync through the user's own iCloud.
- Tagline: A little mission. Then admission. Positioning line: The key isn't on your phone.
Why now
Governments in France, the Netherlands and Germany are debating social media age limits for children. Adults get no law. They get a weekly screen time report and a button called Ignore. Tollie is for the 25-to-40-year-old who has already paid for a blocker, beaten it, and wants a rule that the 11pm version of them cannot undo.
